Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard UK delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Express UK delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Free Shipping

  • Free standard delivery may be available on orders over a certain amount – check current promotions on our website.

 

Click & Collect / Local Delivery

  • Local collection/delivery may be available – details will be shown at checkout if applicable.

 

Delays

  • We aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, but please note delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, seasonal demand, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.

 

Order Tracking

  • If tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

 

International Shipping

  • At present, we only ship within the UK. If you’d like delivery outside the UK, please contact us to check availability and costs.

 

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

 

Missing or Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
