To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of faulty or incorrect items).
Exchanges

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
