Refund & Returns Policy

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in line with UK consumer protection regulations.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom/personalised items, and digital downloads.

 

Return Process

  • To start a return, please contact us at enquiries@modtheforge.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

  • Items returned to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of faulty or incorrect items).

 

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at [your store email].

 

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned:Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Digital products/downloads

  • Gift cards
